Getting started with contact lenses
Contact lenses are a great option for sports, events, or simply a break from glasses. Your contact lens power can differ from your spectacle power, so it's important to get the right prescription and fit before you start.
Good habits matter: wash your hands before handling lenses, never sleep in lenses unless they are designed for it, replace them on schedule, and never top up old solution. If your eyes become red or painful, remove the lenses and get them checked.

Is my contact lens power the same as my glasses power?
Not always. Especially for higher powers or astigmatism, the contact lens prescription can differ. We'll help you get the right one.
Can I sleep with contact lenses in?
Only if the lens is specifically designed and approved for overnight wear. Sleeping in regular lenses increases the risk of eye infections.
Do you have coloured contact lenses?
